1. Who we are
SCHEDULE III ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at sch3dule.com and sells apparel through it.
The data controller responsible for your personal information is Stratos Dynamics LLC. You can reach us at trade@stratosdynamics.org.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Email address — when you join our notification list.
- Order information — when you buy something: name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number and the contents of your order.
- Correspondence — anything you send us by email or social media.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and screen size.
- Usage data — pages visited, time spent, referring site, and what you clicked.
3. How we use it
- To send you drop announcements and updates you asked for.
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to handle returns.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To detect and prevent fraud, bot activity and abuse of limited-run releases.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To measure whether our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis for processing
If you are in the UK or EEA, we process your data on these bases:
- Contract — to fulfil an order you placed.
- Consent — for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the site, prevent fraud, and understand aggregate usage, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax and transaction records.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers who need it to operate the business. Each processes data on our instructions:
- Formspree — receives and stores email-list signups submitted through our form.
- Our payment processor — checkout is not live yet; the processor we use will be named here before it goes live. It will process payments and hold card data under PCI-DSS — we never receive or store your full card details.
- Shipping carriers — receive the name and address needed to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and CDN providers — serve the site and filter malicious traffic.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — see section 6.
We may also disclose information if legally required, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
6. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to work, including keeping your shopping cart contents between pages. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies — to see which pages get visited and where visitors come from, in aggregate.
- Advertising cookies — we do not run advertising yet. If we do in future (for example through Meta or TikTok), this section will name the platform before any advertising cookie is set.
Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data will empty it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising through YourAdChoices or your device's ad settings. Blocking essential cookies may break checkout.
7. How long we keep it
- Email-list signups — until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
- Order records — 7 years, consistent with US tax record-keeping practice.
- Analytics data — typically 14–26 months depending on the platform.
- Correspondence — up to 2 years after your last contact.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict how we process it.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Opt out of marketing — every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Complain to your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email trade@stratosdynamics.org. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
California residents: you have the rights above under the CCPA/CPRA, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, enforces a strict Content Security Policy, and sits behind a CDN that filters malicious traffic. Payment data never touches our servers.
That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to list subscribers.
