1. Agreement to terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Stratos Dynamics LLC, trading as SCHEDULE III. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity. You can reach us at trade@stratosdynamics.org.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site. If you are under 18 you may only purchase with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By ordering you confirm you can form a binding contract.

4. Products and limited runs

Our products are released as limited drops. Where a quantity is stated — for example 127 units per design — that figure is the total production run across all sizes, not a per-size figure.

• Stock is not reserved by adding an item to your cart. Items are allocated only when payment completes. During a drop, an item in your cart can sell out before you check out.
• We may limit the quantity any one customer, household, or payment method can buy, and may cancel orders that appear to breach those limits.
• We may cancel and refund any order we reasonably believe was placed using bots, scripts, or other automated means.
• Sold-out designs will not generally be restocked. Any later release will be identified as a separate product.

We make every effort to display colours accurately, but screens vary and the colour you see may differ slightly from the finished garment. Small variations in print placement are inherent to screen printing and are not defects.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it but does not constitute acceptance. The contract forms only when we dispatch the goods.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where:

• The item is out of stock or was listed in error.
• A price or description was published incorrectly.
• We suspect fraud, resale, or automated purchasing.
• Purchase limits have been exceeded.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping unless stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at that price; we will contact you and offer to cancel or proceed at the correct price.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave.
• You are responsible for entering a correct, complete address. We are not liable for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
• For international orders, you are the importer and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees. These are not included in our prices and are not refundable by us.

8. Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with what you receive.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. This applies regardless of the item being from a limited run.

Change of mind

You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, scripts or any automated system to browse, monitor stock, or place orders.
• Circumvent purchase limits, queueing, or any anti-bot measure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by overloading it with requests.
• Purchase products principally for commercial resale.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or block access, and cancel orders, for any breach of this section.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the SCHEDULE III and S3 names, logos, garment graphics, artwork, photography, copy and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

Buying a garment gives you ownership of that physical item. It does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative products from our designs without written permission.

You may share photographs of our products on social media.

11. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, particularly during high-traffic drop releases.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.
